Digital Graphic Designer/ All-Rounder

Energetic Lighting is a manufacturer/distributor of lighting products that spans across multiple markets within the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Based in Condell Park, NSW 2200, we are looking for a hands-on / all-rounder creative designer to join our friendly team. You'll work autonomously across a mix of digital, print and ideally videos on a permanent onsite basis.

Previous experience in lighting or related wholesale / retail sectors will be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update WordPress based website (basic understanding of web design/ WordPress will be essential)

• Able to execute social media marketing on Instagram / Facebook / you tube.

• Design and manage Mailchimp based newsletters

• Hunt and negotiate with vendors to provide marketing merchandising giveaways to support sales

• Designing and editing of online and offline marketing and promotional material

• Designing and editing of packaging, and product-related materials

• Visual effect enhancement for brand, products and relevant marketing material

• Assisting in online and e-commerce campaign and marketing activities

• Managing digital marketing and e-commerce channels including planning, managing, implementing website, e-commerce platforms and social media content creation

• Marketing communications – overseeing the delivery of engaging and informative external and internal communications. Develop distinctive messaging, sales literature, and content with a particular focus on the web, social media, and other digital channels

• Providing digital support and strategy implementation to support business growth

• Events and sales support – a key element of Energetic Lighting Australia's approach is to enable customers to get hands-on and close to our products

• Thrive in our fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective and efficient problem-solving skills while working to tight deadlines

What We're Looking For

· 3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (confident in Adobe After Effects)

· Understanding of design for web (UX/UI principles, responsive layouts)

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team
