Home Group, Western Australia’s largest and most respected home builders, is seeking a confident and well-spoken individual to join our inbound sales team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
As an Inbound Sales Operator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers reaching out via phone and internet. Working from our West Perth office, you’ll play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads, helping to generate valuable opportunities for our sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound telephone and online enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, budget, and preferences

• Qualify leads based on criteria such as financial readiness and intent to purchase

• Accurately record and forward qualified leads to the sales team

What We’re Looking For:

• A polite, friendly, and articulate communicator

• Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

• Confidence in handling phone conversations and online enquiries

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly regarded

• Experience in the residential home building industry and a good understanding of qualifying potential buyers who are looking to finance and build dream home, is required.
