An exceptional opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to represent Lamborghini Sydney in a premium dealership environment. This role combines luxury sales, customer experience, and brand stewardship at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of new and pre-owned Lamborghini motor vehicles
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability objectives, and company budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and high-net-worth prospects
• Deliver a personalised, world-class customer experience throughout the entire ownership journey
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand the customer database
• Manage inventory levels and vehicle ageing in accordance with company policies
• Maintain accurate and timely records within Salesforce CRM
• Coordinate customer events, marketing initiatives, and brand activations
• Collaborate closely with service, marketing and administration teams to ensure seamless customer delivery experiences
• Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards at an exceptional level
• Provide regular sales activity and performance reporting to senior management
• Participate as a valued member of the dealership management team
• Complete all required brand and internal training within the set deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in luxury retail, automotive sales, premium hospitality, or high-end relationship management
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development
• Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• A collaborative, team-focused mindset
