A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Specialist Commercial Assurance reporting to Manager Commercial Assurance.
A bit about your role
The Senior Specialist Commercial Assurance Services role supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and effective technical and commercial assurance of payment claims, helping ensure network build and operating costs are managed in line with contractual obligations and business expectations. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and delivery partners, the role contributes to continuous improvement across payment assurance processes, identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost outcomes, and supports informed decision-making through detailed analysis and insights. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and an interest in leveraging automation, AI, and data-driven approaches to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in commercial assurance, finance operations, or related disciplines, with the ability to apply sound judgement in complex and high-volume environments. They have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling them to build effective relationships, provide clear insights, and support informed decision-making. Success in this role requires excellent planning and organisational capabilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement, process optimisation, and delivering positive business and customer outcomes
