🌱 The Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality learning experiences and supporting your team to deliver engaging, play-based programs.

You will:

• Lead and support curriculum planning aligned with the EYLF

• Guide and mentor educators within your room

• Build strong, genuine relationships with children and families

• Support documentation and reflective practice

• Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

🌼 About You

You are a passionate and confident educator who:

• Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved)

• Has a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF

• Builds positive, respectful relationships with ease

• Brings energy, creativity and a genuine love for teaching

• Is committed to continuous improvement and team collaboration
