Service Advisor - BYD Rockdale

We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the dealership. In this role, you will manage daily reception duties at the after‑sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide direct support to the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and develop dealership maintenance servicesManage customer maintenance appointmentsReceive customers and prepare work ordersCoordinate progress of maintenance workPrepare vehicles for delivery after maintenanceHandle vehicle delivery and return processesFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactionCoordinate ordering of special partsImplement fair and consistent warranty policiesSupport pre-delivery inspections and new car handoversProvide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concernsResolve customer issues through proactive follow-up

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or higher in Automotive or related fieldTraining: Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations

Experience

3+ years in automotive repair or related industries1+ year in customer serviceFamiliarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous

Skills

Computer proficiencyStrong communication and analytical skillsValid driver’s licenseAttitude: Positive, team-oriented, professional image, resilient under pressure
