Manufacturing, Lifting and Inspection Technician

We're looking for a Manufacturing, Lifting and Inspection Technician to join our Henderson workshop. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes working in a supportive team and believes in doing the job properly the first time, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a practical workshop-based role where you'll manufacture, inspect, test and repair lifting and rigging equipment. You'll also complete inspections, maintain accurate records and occasionally work at customer sites.

·       Manufacture, maintain, assemble, inspect, test and repair steel wire rope and other lifting equipment.

·       Assemble, inspect, maintain, service, hoisting and rigging equipment.

·       Maintain records and certification on ERP software.

·       Carry out manufacturing, testing and certification procedures in accordance with Australian Standards.

·       Safely operate workshop tools and testing equipment.

·       Work closely with your team to meet customer needs.

·       Provide friendly, professional service.

·       Follow safety and quality procedures every day.

·       Experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, industrial or similar environment.

·       Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.

·       Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

·       A positive team-first attitude.

·       Current Driver's Licence and basic computer skills.

·       Commitment to working safely.

Experience working with lifting and rigging equipment, a Forklift Licence, a High Risk Work Licence, or a First Aid Certificate will be well regarded.
