About the role
What you will do
Support the Legal and Coronial team to manage correspondence and coordinate responses to legal requests, including statements, affidavits, and recommendations resulting from internal reviews, coronial and other inquiries. This work requires close attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to produce responses to numerous and varied requests for information, in a time pressured environment.
To be successful, you will be able to understand new subject matter quickly, demonstrate appropriate initiative, engage constructively with stakeholders, and have a strong capacity to draft accurate, timely and audience-appropriate documents. Experience in a legal and/or health setting, and an effective understanding of government processes, would be an advantage.
