Macedon ranges , Daylesford, Bacchus Marsh, Castlemaine, Taradale, Kilmore

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering personalised, premium care with compassion and dignity, helping our clients live life to the fullest.

• Encouraging independence, confidence and community connections for the clients you support.

• Assisting clients with everyday activities such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Building meaningful relationships with clients, their families, the care team and follow truly individualised care plans.

• Keeping accurate client records and documentation to ensure the best possible care.

• Championing safety, quality, and wellbeing in every aspect of your work.

Skills & Experience

• Passionate about making a difference.

• A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.

• Coachable

• Previous caregiving experience is an asset.

• Must be able to speak and write in English.

• Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.

Mandatory Requirements

• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, overnight and weekends

• Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle

• NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
