Site Manager

Western Projects is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of medium-sized commercial construction projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, driving program and budget outcomes, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality and presentation on site.

What we’re looking for:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising commercial projects

· Strong construction knowledge and trade background

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail

· Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges on site

· Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project etc.)

· Previous management and documentation experience
