ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Care in the development and progression of high standards of clinical care delivery.
 
WHATS ON OFFER

• Maternity Leave position - 5-6 months
• Immediate Start 
• Monday - Friday

• Oversee and lead the team to ensure excellent service delivery and that nursing practices and procedures are consistent with legislation and Advantaged Care Policies
• Coordinate communications and services between residents, families and medical professionals 
• Directing and maintaining infection control
• Occupational health and safety standards
• Assisting in commonwealth government funding process
• Ensuring that education programs and quality improvement initiatives are implemented
• Comply with the Accreditation Standards and Guidelines for Residential Care Services

• Current Nurses Registration with AHPRA
• A strong background in Aged Care at an RN level
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role 
• Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, resident appraisal, classification processes and ANACC
• Proven experience leading, motivating and managing a team
• Excellent IT skills with the ability to implement and evaluate the use of IT systems in a residential aged care environment
• A strong passion for quality in aged care
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Hard Working and Flexible
