Project Manager and Estimator – Concreting Industry

Position Overview: The Project Manager and Estimator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete projects, from initial estimation through to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for concrete projects.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any challenges that arise.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all project phases.

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions.

• Prepare and present project proposals to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in project management and estimation within the concreting industry is a benefit.

• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, processes, and construction methods.

• Proficient in project management software and cost estimation tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
