As we take on more work, we're looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team and grow with us.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent civil engineering graduate to launch their career with a supportive, hands-on team. You'll work closely with our estimators, project managers and site teams, developing the technical and commercial skills that underpin a successful career in civil construction. No two days will be the same, and you'll be given real responsibility from the start.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing and assessing engineering and construction drawings to understand project scope and requirements

• Developing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support estimating and tendering

• Assisting the estimating and project teams with measurements, calculations and documentation

• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to gather pricing and technical information

• Supporting the broader project delivery process as you build your experience

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or similar), or nearing completion

• Strong attention to detail and solid numerical and analytical skills

• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings (or a genuine willingness to learn)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; exposure to take-off or estimating software is a bonus

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude

• A current driver's licence

• Eligibility to work in Australia
