The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Manager to join our Business Advisory & Tax Services team.This is a leadership role where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, mentor and develop team members, work closely with our Directors and help clients navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with running successful businesses.
You'll have the autonomy to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the Gold Coast practice.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clientsReview financial statements, tax returns and compliance engagementsProvide strategic business and taxation adviceDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsLead, mentor and coach team membersAssist with workflow management and team developmentIdentify opportunities to add value to client relationshipsSupport business development and growth initiativesWork closely with Directors on complex advisory matters
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:CA or CPA qualification5 + years experience within public practice accountingStrong technical taxation and business advisory skillsPrevious leadership or management experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and solutions-focused mindsetA genuine passion for helping clients and developing people
