Property Manager- Residential & Commercial

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a mixed residential and commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Building relationships with rental providers, renters, commercial tenants and contractors

• Conducting inspections and preparing condition reports

• Coordinating maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears

• Managing lease documentation, vacancies and compliance

• Resolving tenancy matters and attending VCAT when required

About you

• At least two years' residential and commercial property management experience

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Property Services

• Current Victorian Agent's Representative registration

• Strong knowledge of Victorian property legislation

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, customer-focused approach

• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Current Victorian driver licence and National Police Check
