PACKING TABLE

Applicants must have a high regard for safety, a focus on accuracy and quality along with being a strong team player. This role is strictly within our specialised steel tank division based here in Dalby.

Task include but are not limited to:

·         Counting and Packing installation of hardware which includes nuts, bolts, washers and tank fittings securely into kits.

·         Counting and receipting different range of items into stock once received from suppliers.

·         Safe operation of forklifts (High Risk forklift license)

·         Safe operation of a manual light vehicle.

·         General labourer duties.

·         Kit packaging for transport (On the job training is supplied)

·         Housekeeping of work area.

·         Completion of daily paperwork and liaising with office staff

·         Assist, maintain and prepare stock takes.

·         Restocking shelves with items consumed whilst packing.

·         Ability to safely operate power tools, cutting machinery, and hand tools (On the job training available)

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate and currently hold the below,

·         Computer literate with spreadsheets

·         Experience with email management, data entry and general admin duties

·         Have experience with pronto or similar computerised system

·         Have a proactive and can-do attitude.

·         Be able to follow direction and work unsupervised.

·         Be able to follow and commit to all health and safety requirements.

·         Be able to deliver quality outcomes at a high standard.

·         High Risk Forklift license is preferred.

·         Be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing.

On the job training and upskilling will be provided for all aspects of this role.
