Woodards Elsternwick is seeking a motivated and ambitious Residential Sales Agent to join our small, hands-on sales team.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the Directors and experienced sales professionals, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of residential property sales while developing your own skills, profile and client base.

We are looking for someone who is professional, driven and client-focused, with a genuine passion for property and a desire to build a successful long-term career in real estate.

About the role

As a Residential Sales Agent, you will play an active role in the day-to-day operation of our sales team, working alongside the Directors and supporting the successful delivery of property campaigns. You will receive ongoing training, mentoring and professional development, with the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients

• Assisting with property appraisals and preparing market feedback

• Conducting buyer inspections, private appointments and open-for-inspections

• Following up buyers and maintaining an active database

• Assisting with the preparation and execution of residential sales campaigns

• Coordinating campaign activity with vendors, buyers, photographers, stylists and other suppliers

• Providing regular and professional communication to vendors throughout campaigns

• Qualifying buyers and identifying genuine purchasing opportunities

• Assisting with negotiations and facilitating successful sales outcomes
