Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Digital Designer with at least 2–3 years’ experience designing and developing digital marketing collateral for the entertainment, media or related industries. Reporting to the Senior Interactive Designer and working within the Web/IT team, you will create engaging digital assets that build awareness of Madman’s releases and connect them with relevant audiences. A key focus of the role is email marketing, including designing and developing flexible, reusable email templates and design components, managing email databases, and contributing to segmentation, automation and audience journeys. Strong experience with platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor would be highly regarded.
Responsibilities and DutiesDesign and development of digital marketing collateral (i.e. - graphic and video assets) for brand and title campaigns across all Madman content channels including cinema, home entertainment, and our subscription streaming service DocPlay.EDM development and template design within email marketing platforms.Website design, primarily working within templates for platforms such as WordPress.Basic video editing - creation of short form digital video assets for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and SkillsRequired:2-3 years of digital design experienceExperience using Adobe Creative CloudExperience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and/or Campaign Monitor, including campaign performance analysis and an understanding of segmentation, automation and audience journeys.Experience creating marketing assets for digital platforms
Desired:Understanding of CMS systems like WordPressExperience using wireframing/prototyping tools like Figma or SketchExperience in web development languages like HTML, CSS (SASS), PHP, jQuery, etc...Experience and a passion for film/arts/media industriesStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working with web and marketing teamsTertiary qualification in Graphic Design or Multimedia Marketing
