We are seeking a Sprinkler Service Manager for our Airport West, VIC team. This long‑term role is ideal for a motivated leader who is serious about career growth and committed to delivering high‑quality fire protection services.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a national organisation recognised for its strong customer focus across fire protection, service, and minor works.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesWorking both autonomously and collaboratively, the Sprinkler Fitter Service Manager will be supported by administrative staff and tradespersons to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Sprinkler Service Division. A key focus of the role is maintaining ARA Fire’s high standard of service for customers throughout the Airport West and greater Melbourne region.
The successful candidate will:
Manage scheduling and delivery of sprinkler service works
Take full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, invoicing, and cost control
Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and stakeholders
Estimate and price repair works and service projects
Drive sales and business development for the department
Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and company policies
Support tender submissions and key account requirements
Promote ARA Fire services and products
Fire sprinkler mechanical background (preferred)
Previous managerial, supervisory, or project management experience
Strong leadership with a hands‑on approach
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive problem‑solving and strong attention to detail
Customer‑focused mindset and collaborative team attitude
