Sales Consultant - High ticket

An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Consultant at the luxury menswear brand Woolcott St in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales cycle including outreach, appointment setting, consultations, closing, and follow-up

• Generating and booking your own appointments and developing your own pipeline

• Delivering high-quality in-showroom consultations for professionals across law, finance, property, and private business

• Maintaining accurate pipeline activity, follow-ups, and client notes in the CRM

• Building repeat and referral business through exceptional service and relationship management

• Consistently meeting monthly activity and sales targets, with average transactions of $2k–$3k

Requirements

• 2+ years’ quota-carrying, direct sales experience (B2B, services, advisory, or premium retail sales)

• Proven ability to run a high-activity pipeline and take full ownership of outcomes

• Confident communicator in person, on the phone, and in writing

• Experience using a CRM to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups

• Professional presentation and confidence engaging senior business clients

• Genuine interest in style, quality, and delivering a premium customer experience
