Altus Pathways Graduate Program – Step into the world of business and personal financial advisory with one of Australia’s top private client firms

We’re looking for bright, ambitious, personable graduates ready to make their mark. Our award-winning team AFR Top 50 offers a dynamic environment where you’ll learn from industry leaders and contribute from day one.

The Altus Pathways Graduate Program is a 12-month, full-time opportunity based in our Sydney CBD or Erina offices. You will either be allocated to our Business Advisory (Tax/Compliance/Accounting/Advice) or our Wealth Management/Financial Planning division but whatever division you land in, you’ll gain hands-on experience across both sides of our business, including:

• Business Advisory
• Accounting, Tax & Compliance
• Financial Planning
• Risk Advisory
• Lending

As part of the Altus Pathways Graduate Program, you will

• Be trained and development through a structured learning program
• Gain insight into how a leading private client advisory firm operates, working within a high-performance, award-winning environment.
• Use sophisticated systems and processes that support the delivery of expert advice.
• Contribute to real client work, including preparing tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, statements of advice, management reports, tax strategies, and lending applications.
• Attend client meetings and collaborate with external stakeholders, building confidence and communication skills.
• Learn from seasoned professionals and recent graduates alike, gaining perspective from both ends of the career journey.
• Lots of fun with monthly business updates, quarterly social events, weekly drinks, daily snacks, wellbeing programs (we’re doing yoga and High Altitude Training this summer!) and lots more
