This role provides high-level executive administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining confidential records. The Executive Assistant will oversee expense reports, support travel arrangements, and ensure timely completion of executive documentation and approvals. Day-to-day tasks include prioritising incoming requests, organising presentations and reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting executive decision-making with accurate information and follow-up. The role also involves improving administrative processes, maintaining professional communication standards, and contributing to a well-organised, efficient executive office.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential document handling.Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as preparing correspondence, maintaining records, and organising executive workflows.Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and related financial administration, including reconciliations and compliance with company policies.Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels and draft clear, concise written materials.Proficiency in modern office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and comfort with learning new systems and tools.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated discretion, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.Relevant experience in executive or senior-level support; a qualification in business administration or a related field is beneficial.
