Landscape Tradesperson | Join a Leading Sydney Landscape Construction Team

Wyer & Co is a well-established Sydney landscape design, construction, and maintenance company known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. As our construction division continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled Landscape Tradesperson to join our site teams.

Working under the direction of your Site Foreperson, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering premium landscape construction projects across Sydney. You'll bring your trade skills, work ethic, and eye for quality finish to every job — while being part of a supportive, close-knit team that genuinely has each other's backs.

• Carrying out landscape construction works to plan, with a strong focus on quality and finish

• Operating tools, machinery and equipment safely and effectively

• Working collaboratively with your site team to hit programme and production targets

• Keeping worksites clean, safe and well-organised

• Helping care for tools, equipment and company vehicles

• Following WHS procedures and using PPE at all times

• Current White Card and First Aid Certificate

• Relevant construction or landscaping experience

• Strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English)

• Physical fitness — able to safely lift 20kg+ repeatedly across a full shift

• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions (heat, rain, dust, cold)

• A team player who's ready to collaborate, learn, and fit into our culture
