Mobilisation Officer - Bunbury Head Office

RCR Mining Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join our Bunbury Head Office on a full-time basis.

As a key member of the mobilisation team, you will ensure employees, labour-hire personnel, and subcontractors are compliant, site-ready, and successfully mobilised across multiple projects and client sites. This role requires strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to managing workforce compliance, training, and mobilisation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce mobilisation activities, ensuring employees and contractors meet all client, site, and company compliance requirements.
• Manage and maintain workforce records, including licences, tickets, certifications, medicals, inductions, and training requirements across internal systems and client portals.
• Monitor compliance and competency expiries, proactively identifying and escalating risks that may impact workforce readiness.
• Arrange training, inductions, medical assessments, and drug and alcohol screenings to support mobilisation schedules.
• Create, update, maintain, and archive employee profiles and records within workforce management and mobilisation systems.
• Reconcile compliance, training, and induction records between internal systems and client platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and contractors regarding mobilisation requirements, portal access, travel enquiries, and site readiness.
• Act as the first point of contact for mobilisation enquiries, delivering professional and responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor shared inboxes, manage enquiries, and escalate issues when required.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with changing client and site requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and provide administrative support to the HR, Recruitment, and Mobilisation teams as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume administration, mobilisation, recruitment, HR, training, mining, or construction environment.
• Experience in mobilisation, workforce compliance, recruitment, training, or personnel coordination.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience using workforce management and mobilisation systems such as Rapid Crews, Spear, Pegasus, INX, Avetta, SuccessFactors, Enable, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Certificate in Business and/or Administration (desirable).
• Current WA Driver's Licence (Desirable).
