• Backing up your Restaurant Manager to hit sales and performance targets

• Coaching, training and levelling up your crew and management team

• Sorting rotas, managing labour, and keeping an eye on the numbers

• Making sure health, safety and food standards are always spot on

• Turning customer hiccups into "actually, that was handled really well" moments
