Gatehouse Security Officer

We are currently looking for Experienced Gatehouse Security Officers to assist us in providing an exceptionally high level of customer service, calm approach and ability to de-escalate situations. These qualities are critical to ensure the highest of security standards are always provided.

Our client is located in regional Victoria (Near - Kyneton Vic 3444) and require our services 7 days a week, mornings and afternoons.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Screen all personnel entering and exiting secure areas

• Access control, ensure only authorised persons are entering the site

• Escorting contractors around the facility

• Greet and interact professionally with all visitors and contractors

• Conduct internal and external patrols

• Report and record any damage, unsecured hazards, or suspicious items/activity

In order to be shortlisted, you must present with the following qualities:

• National Police Check (within the last 6 months)

• Australian Citizenship (mandatory requirement)

• Current Victoria Security License 

• Working With Children Check

• Proven experience in - CCTV Monitoring & Access Control Systems

• Strong incident response and emergency management experience

• Excellent report writing and communication skills

• High level of situational awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Professional, reliable, and adaptable

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately

• Dedication, reliability, and commitment

• Flexibility to work across rotating rosters
