We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to help shape the next chapter of one of Australia's most iconic dairy brands. As our Head of Marketing, you'll join Bulla's Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, leading the strategic direction of our marketing function across multiple brands, categories and channels. What’s the Scoop? 

This is a highly influential senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing Bulla's end-to-end marketing strategy across our Proprietary, Licensed, Private Label and Co-Manufactured portfolios spanning Retail, Out-of-Home and International markets. 

You'll lead a talented marketing team while partnering closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Category, Insights, R&D and external agencies to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen brand equity and maximise commercial performance. 

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Developing and delivering Bulla's long-term marketing and brand strategy. 
• Leading and inspiring the marketing function, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and high performance. 
• Driving portfolio strategy, innovation and new product development. 
• Owning the marketing investment strategy and delivering measurable return on investment. 
• Leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 
• Using consumer insights, market intelligence and analytics to identify growth opportunities. 
• Partnering with Executive stakeholders to influence business strategy and commercial outcomes. 
• Representing Marketing at Executive, Board and strategic planning forums. 

What You’ll Bring: 

• 10+ years' experience leading Marketing within a complex FMCG environment. 
• Proven success developing and growing recognised consumer brands. 
• Experience leading high-performing teams through change and growth. 
• Strong commercial and financial capability with the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes. 
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills. 
• Experience across innovation, portfolio strategy, brand development and integrated marketing. 
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
