Field Service Engineer - Micro

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a specialist technical team supporting customers across NSW.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and validation of laboratory equipment at customer sites. You'll work directly with laboratory and technical teams, helping customers maximise instrument performance while ensuring equipment remains operational and compliant. The role includes service visits, technical support, customer training and project-based installations.

You may currently be working as a Field Service Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, Instrument Technician, Biomedical Engineer or Laboratory Equipment Specialist. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience servicing laboratory, microbiology or diagnostic instrumentation.
