Senior and Lead Document Controller opportunities have opened up for this high-profile infrastructure project. This massive, long-term project requires top-tier document controllers to join an exciting team and help deliver.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end quality check, validation, and execution of incoming technical documentation and complex review workflows.

• Team Onboarding & Support: Project team and external contractors, handling system onboarding, training, and day-to-day guidance on best practices.

• System Admin & Reporting: Assist with the backend administration of the EDMS

• Continuous Process Improvement: Collaborate across cross-functional teams to hit project milestones while constantly finding ways to sharpen and improve document control procedures.

Looking For

• Major Project experience ideal: 5+ years of solid experience managing heavy information and data flows on large-scale engineering, construction, or major infrastructure projects.

• Solid users across Aconex or ProjectWise (others considered)

• Incredible attention to detail with a strict commitment to data privacy, information security, and maintaining flawless compliance standards.

• A natural communicator who can work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders, yet

• Australian Citizenship is a Must Have
