About the role
The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our CA Brown Lodge team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This is a great next step for a passionate Registered Nurse with experience in an Aged Care environment.
Work closely with the Residential Care Manager to ensure the overall clinical management of consumers are in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and other relevant legislation, to ensure we continue to meet the quality needs of our consumers.
This is a Full Time position – Monday – Friday based onsite in Booragul NSW

Role & Responsibilities:
About you?
✔ Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Mandatory)
✔ Proven clinical and leadership experience in residential aged care
✔ Strong skills in assessments, care planning, and change management
✔ Sound understanding of aged care funding models
✔ Commitment to best practice and continuous improvement
