As we continue our growth journey, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline growth and help strengthen Wiise's position as a leading cloud ERP solution for Australian businesses. 

Your Opportunity 

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will own and evolve the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for Wiise, balancing both strategic direction and hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead demand generation initiatives across multiple channels, optimise customer acquisition performance, and build scalable marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline growth. 

You'll bring a data-driven mindset and strong commercial focus, leveraging HubSpot as the operating foundation for campaign execution, lead lifecycle management and performance measurement. You will also play a key leadership role, guiding and developing a high-performing marketing team while working closely with sales, partnerships, customer success and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the growth marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, GEO, email, website and other demand generation channels. 
• Drive qualified pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns that support customer acquisition, conversion and product adoption objectives. 
• Design, execute and optimise paid media programs across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta. 
• Build and optimise HubSpot workflows, lead scoring models, nurturing programs, lifecycle stages and attribution reporting. 
• Develop and execute partner and channel marketing initiatives that generate partner-sourced leads and increase market awareness. 
• Collaborate with sales, partnerships and customer success teams to align campaign activity with revenue and pipeline objectives. 
• Manage acquisition budgets, monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against CAC and CPL targets. 
• Analyse marketing performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. 
• Lead, coach and develop a team comprising a Senior Product Marketing Manager and Senior Content Marketing Manager. 
• Establish clear priorities, objectives and development plans that support a high-performing marketing culture. 
• Ensure product marketing and content marketing initiatives align with broader growth and commercial objectives.

Your Experience 

• Prior experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including significant experience leading growth marketing programs with revenue accountability. 
• Proven success driving demand generation and pipeline growth within ERP, fintech, software or other complex B2B buying environments. 
• Advanced expertise using HubSpot, including workflow automation, lead scoring, attribution reporting, CRM integration and lifecycle management. 
• Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta. 
• Demonstrated success building pipeline through partner and channel-led marketing programs. 
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing acquisition budgets and using performance data to inform decision-making. 
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple marketing initiatives. 
• Experience presenting insights, recommendations and performance outcomes to executive stakeholders. 
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing marketing professionals. 
• Experience marketing to finance, operations or CFO audiences will be highly regarded. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or the broader Microsoft partner ecosystem will be advantageous. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 
• Advanced or expert-level HubSpot certification will be highly regarded.
