Rental Fleet Customer Service / Driver Representative

About the business and the role

AUSFLEET is a growing car, bus and truck rental company with a wide range of late model vehicles from standard to luxury and commercial vehicles. Opportunity is available for a car enthusiast with a clean driving record who can treat our vehicles as if they were their own. The role will include detailing vehicles, delivering and collecting vehicles from our clients where you will be required to carry out a vehicle inspection, as well as other related day-to-day duties. 

This casual role will requires an individual who is able to work up to 38 hours, Monday to Friday during standard business hours with the possibility of weekend hours in the future. 

Potential for full-time position after 3 month probation period. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Detail vehicles interior and exterior to the company standard

• Ensure the vehicles are in a road worthy condition and perform safety checks

• Assist customers as directed

• Deliver vehicle to our customers and complete paperwork

• Collect the vehicles from our customers and carry out an inspection

• Ensure work area is clean, safe and organised

• General office duties

Skills and experience

Successful candidates must possess the following qualities:

• A 'can do' working attitude to complete any task

• Organised and punctual

• Great attention to detail

• Excellent Customer service skills

• Excellent Communication skills

• Full Drivers License with a clean record and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.

• Mechanically minded to carry out vehicle inspection

Possessing the following skills will be preferable but not essential:

• Mandarin (Chinese) Speaking

• Experience in car rental or the automotive industry

• Truck Licence

• Admin duties experience
