• Outstanding teamwork skills.

• Previous experience in community settings, customer service, or case management would be a definite advantage.

• An understanding of the NDIS environment, including working with participants, support coordinators, occupational therapists and other allied health or disability-support providers.

• Knowledge or experience relating to disability modifications, accessibility requirements and reasonable adjustments within residential properties, including coordinating or supporting property modifications.

• Property Managers looking to branch into community services are encouraged to apply

We have a visionary mission to provide excellent tenancy support to a wide range of client, some of which dealing with homelessness, or others needing access to safe and secure housing, working with Havelock Housing to build their capacity to maintain their own tenancy.
