Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor ready to power the future of Australia’s renewable and industrial energy infrastructure?

RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. We're seeking motivated, safety-focused professionals to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact across multiple landmark projects.

Role Details;

• Roster Options: 17 on / 11 off, 20 on / 8 off - days

• Renumeration; Permanent $60 - $67 per hour – additional site and working away from home allowances

• Employment Type; Permanent - moving project to project as operations require

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensure all employees are adequately supervised and supported in their roles

• Maintain daily site diaries to record crew activities, progress, and any issues encountered

• Manage and resolve day-to-day operational challenges, making informed decisions as required

• Lead and facilitate Toolbox and Pre-Start Meetings

• Confirm that all prerequisite instructions, specifications, drawings, and associated documentation are available prior to commencing work

• Verify contract requirements for assigned installation works using the appropriate documentation, including ITPs and ITRs

• Review and approve employee and contractor timesheets related to project activities

• Organise materials and equipment to support efficient, scheduled installations

• Ensure the correct tools and equipment are available to enable productive installation practices

• Work collaboratively with other site supervisors to establish and prioritize daily work activities

• Identify and implement work methods that enhance efficiency and productivity

• Monitor, organise, and address any issues related to employee and contractor travel, accommodation, and meal arrangements

What You'll Need:

• Current A-Class Electrical Licence

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• LV Rescue & Resuscitation Certificate (completed within the past 12 months)

• Construction White Card

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing

• Supervisory experience

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial installations, cable systems (MV, LV, DC, Control, Fire, Comms)

• HV installation/testing qualifications

• Fibre Optic installation/testing experience

• Dual Trade, Instrumentation, MV Cable Jointing, or HVAC qualifications

• High-Risk Work Licences (Work Platform - WP, Crane - CN, Dogging - DG, Basic  Rigging RB, Forklift - LF, Basic Scaffolding - SB)

• Safe Working at Heights certification

• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings

• Quality assurance and compliance testing experience

FIFO & Local roles available from multiple locations across Australia.
