GraceWell Group is working with multiple clients across Adelaide and surrounding areas. As demand continues to grow, we are inviting reliable and hardworking candidates to register their interest in a variety of casual labour-hire assignments.

Opportunities may include:

• Car washing and vehicle presentation
• Gardening and landscaping labouring
• Grounds and garden maintenance
• General property and site maintenance
• General labouring and site support
• Construction labouring
• Yard work, cleaning and other hands-on assignments

Assignments may vary in location, duration and working hours. Opportunities may include short-term assignments, regular casual shifts and longer-term placements.

What we are looking for

You do not necessarily need experience in every area. We are interested in people who:

• Are reliable, punctual and ready to work
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are physically capable of performing hands-on duties
• Can follow instructions and work safely
• Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Have appropriate working rights in Australia
• Can travel reliably to different work locations

A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport will be highly regarded.

Depending on the assignment, you may also need:

• A White Card for construction-based work
• A National Police Check
• Relevant PPE, such as steel-capped safety boots
• Previous labouring, gardening, maintenance or car-washing experience

We will advise you of the specific requirements before presenting you for an assignment.

Pay and employment

Casual rates generally range from $30 to $35 per hour plus superannuation, depending on the assignment, applicable award, experience and client requirements.

As this is an expression of interest, registering does not guarantee immediate placement or a minimum number of hours. Successful applicants will be contacted as suitable opportunities become available.

Visa holders are welcome

We welcome applications from:

• Australian citizens and permanent residents
• International students with valid working rights
• Working Holiday and Work and Holiday visa holders
• Other candidates with valid Australian working rights

Some assignments in eligible industries and locations may count as specified work for Working Holiday Maker visa purposes. Eligibility depends on the type and location of the work and the conditions of your particular visa.

Applicants should independently confirm their eligibility with the Department of Home Affairs. We cannot guarantee that every assignment will count toward the specified-work requirement.
