We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Assistant to join our Melbourne-based IT team.
Based at our South Yarra Head Office, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career who is eager to learn, develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-site business.
Working alongside our experienced IT team, you'll provide day-to-day technology support to our Head Office and cinema teams while developing practical skills across a broad range of enterprise IT functions.
No two days are the same - you could be troubleshooting an issue for one of our cinema teams, setting up a new laptop, assisting with user access or supporting our senior IT team with infrastructure and security projects.
In this role you will:
You don't need to know everything about IT already. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology, a natural ability to problem-solve and, most importantly, the enthusiasm to learn and build a career in IT.
You'll ideally have:
Previous IT experience or relevant study will be viewed favourably, but attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as important.
This is a full-time position, working five days per week, based at our South Yarra Head Office.
