About the role
Multiple Opportunities Available
Jayco is Australia’s most recognised recreational vehicle manufacturer, proudly producing high‑quality caravans, motorhomes and campers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Production / Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team.
These roles suit hands‑on people who enjoy practical work, take pride in quality, and want stable, long‑term employment with opportunities to learn and grow.
We have a few vacancies available across different areas of production, including (but not limited to):
General Assembly
Fit‑out & Finishing
Electrical & Plumbing (experience advantageous)
You will be involved in the assembly of caravans using hand and power tools, working as part of a team to meet quality and production standards.
Using hand and power tools (drills, screw guns, nail guns, air tools, etc.)
Assembling components to drawings and instructions
Working on your feet and performing manual tasks (bending, lifting, crouching)
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area
Contributing to a positive team environment
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, or labouring (preferred but not essential)
Confidence using hand and power tools
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliability and a positive attitude
Full Australian working rights
Multiple roles available across production – we’ll match you to the right area
Stable, full‑time employment with a 9‑day fortnight (RDO)
