Who we areSpace to Grow is a paediatric and adult Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy clinic based in Forest Lake, and one of only a handful of dedicated allied health therapy services in the area.We work with children, young people and adults across neurological, behavioural and developmental needs. Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based and play-based, with a focus on creating a safe space for children and their families to grow.We're also a small, close-knit team, and we want to keep it that way as we grow.You'll know the people you work with. You'll receive consistent supervision from a clinician with 20+ years' experience. One hour of protected admin time every Friday afternoon, plus billable time built in for notes and planning.You choose how you work.
