About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Rectification Assistant to join our Brisbane Operations team. This role supports the Rectification Supervisor and Mechanic Team in preparing vehicles for auction, including minor repairs, servicing, parts fitting, and vehicle movement. You'll also assist with reporting, liaising with contractors, and supporting the PCV and Salvage book-in teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with vehicle servicing, minor repairs, and parts fitting.Produce road test reports and vehicle condition reports.Book in vehicles using handheld devices and confirm completed tasks.Monitor and action rectification reports and meet auction deadlines.Maintain rectification workspaces and sheds.Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle processing.Support the movement of vehicles on and off site.About You
Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation or relevant industry experience.Exposure to the automotive industry is essential.Strong communication and customer service skills.Sound decision-making and attention to detail.Logistics systems experience (desirable).Mechanic's qualification (desirable).Current valid driver's licence.What's in it for you:
