Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of logistics and love simplifying the complex?We’re partnering with a leading organisation to find a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support critical logistics projects across ANZ.
💡 About the Role:This is a hybrid IT/business-facing role - around 60% IT and 40% Business-which means we’re looking for someone who can confidently translate tech talk into business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping transport and warehouse transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and mapping current and future state processes.
🚚 Key Focus Areas:Leading BA activities for Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) projectsWorking with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Operations, and external vendorsCreating process flow diagrams, business cases, and functional documentationDriving clarity on requirements, dependencies, and business impacts
✅ What You’ll Bring:5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally within logistics, transport, or supply chain domainsStrong communication and facilitation skills-you're just as comfortable with developers as you are with warehouse managersExperience working across both technical and operational teamsProficiency in business process modelling, and translating business needs into system specsFamiliarity with TMS/WMS platforms and their role in modern logistics
