Ross Mangano Solicitors is a long-established law firm with over 30 years of history, proudly serving the Cassowary Coast and wider Far North Queensland region from our office in Tully (20 minutes from beautiful Mission Beach or under 2 hours south of Cairns). We are expanding our team and are seeking dedicated and capable solicitors to join our growing practice.

This role is ideal for a keen junior lawyer — a recent graduate, soon-to-be-admitted practitioner, or solicitor in your first few years of practice — who wants to accelerate their career with real responsibility, quality work and close mentoring. That said, we'd equally welcome a more experienced solicitor seeking a meaningful sea change, and the role will be shaped around the right person.

You will have your own matters, with close supervision, across one or more of:

• Property and conveyancing — residential, rural and commercial transactions

• Commercial law — business sales, leasing, structuring and general commercial advice

• Agribusiness — cane, cattle and horticulture clients across the region

• Wills and estates — estate planning, administration and succession

• Work with a strong established client base on primarily fixed-fee matters.

• Focus on delivering quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Enjoy a supportive, team-oriented culture that genuinely values work-life balance.

• Be part of a firm that offers professional growth and development opportunities, including further study (e.g. Masters, GAICD, specialisation) — though this is entirely optional.

You will be admitted or eligible for admission as a solicitor in Queensland, and:
