Methodist Ladies’ College (MLC) is a leading girls’ day and boarding school and co-educational early learning provider, recognised for developing independent, resilient and ambitious learners through an unmatched breadth of integrated learning and wellbeing experiences.
We are seeking a Senior Admissions Consultant to join our Community Engagement team and play a key role in leading local (non-international) admissions and supporting families as they make one of the most important decisions they will make.
This is a full-time, ongoing role and is the second-in-charge (2IC) within the Admissions team, reporting to the Admissions Manager.
About the role
Admissions is the point of contact for many families. This senior role suits someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, brings a strong service mindset, and is confident leading others while remaining hands-on in delivery.
Working closely with the Admissions Manager, you will provide operational leadership across local admissions (Prep–Year 12, day and boarding), while actively undertaking admissions work alongside the team.

You are an experienced admissions or enrolments professional who enjoys combining people leadership, process oversight and direct family engagement. You bring sound judgement, attention to detail and a calm, professional approach.
