About the Role:

Be part of an exciting new store opening and play a key role in launching Dotti's newest Western Australian location.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-focused Store Manager to lead our brand-new Morley store. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up, create an exceptional customer experience, and drive the success of a new store from day one.

This is a Full Time  position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

• Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
• Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
• Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store’s sales opportunities.
• Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
• Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.
• Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
• Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
