We are seeking experienced Disability/Mental Health Support Workers including female-identified to join our team.

Available Roles

• Role 1: Supporting an individual with complex needs. Experience with Parkinson's Disease or MSA highly regarded. Female-identified, 24 hour support, alternating between Port Macquarie & rural support west of Wauchope. Candidates must be willing and available to complete overnight support as part of this role.

• Role 2: Supporting a client with mental health, addictions and complex behaviours. Based in Lake Cathie.

• General Supports: Community access and residential support across the Mid North Coast.

About You

• Enthusiastic, patient and committed to compassionate care

• Confident with hands-on personal care

• Reliable, punctual and a strong communicator

• Willing to learn and adapt to client needs

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans

Requirements

• Cert III/IV in Disability, Mental Health or Allied Health (or currently studying)

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role

• Valid Police Check (within last 3 months)

• Current First Aid Certificate incl. CPR

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Current driver's licence and reliable insured vehicle
