Now Recruiting: Traffic Controllers , TMA Operators, WTM/AWTM

LGC Traffic Management is seeking qualified and experienced TMA Operators, WTM/AWTM, and Traffic Controllers to join our growing team.

We offer a wide variety of local traffic control casual shifts

Important:
Only applicants who currently hold BWTM & TC accreditation, meet the minimum requirements, and have relevant experience will be considered. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.

A current National Police Clearance is required.

Minimum requirements:

• Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) Accreditation

• Traffic Controller (TC) Accreditation

• Construction Induction White/Blue Card

• Current Driver’s Licence (minimum C class)

• TMA experience (highly valued)

• WTM & AWTM Accreditation (highly valued)

• Current National Police Clearance

Key responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or events,

• Use of Stop/Slow Bat or PTCDs to control traffic,

• Complete all required site documentation,

• Monitor site safety in line with the companies Policies and Procedures,

• Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans,

• Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment,

• Report on site hazards and near misses,

• Monitor traffic behaviour and or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times,

• Obey instructions from team leaders, auditors and managers,

• Control traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers, work crews and members of the public.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing

• Availability for day and night shifts (local and away works)
