Assistant Property Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage tenant communications and respond promptly to rental enquiries
• Maintain high-quality, consistent communication with tenants throughout lease periods
• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations including:
• Regular property inspections
• Leasing activities and tenant onboarding
• Maintenance coordination and vendor liaison
• Support administrative tasks related to property management portfolios

• Ability to build positive relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the property management profession
• Environmental awareness and alignment with sustainability values
• Previous real estate or administration experience advantageous—but not essential for the right candidate
