About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this role is to service, repair and maintain a wide range of windows and doors across Sydney, while delivering high-quality customer service and efficient workmanship.
Working independently on the road, you will service clients across Sydney metro areas, with only one visit per week to the Smithfield office to restock supplies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out general maintenance and repairs on windows and doors
Installing and replacing hardware, locks, rollers, and fittings
Assessing faults, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions
Working independently across Sydney’s North, East, South and Western suburbs
Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and office staff
Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards
The successful candidate will have:
Experience with window and door repairs (desirable)
Carpenter licence required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Strong time management and the ability to multitask
Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude
