Sales Consultant - No Cold Calling!

We’re looking for a driven, goal-oriented Learning Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to join our team based in Sydney. You’ll speak with parents, helping them choose the best tutoring support for their kids. This is an outbound B2C phone-based sales role with warm, qualified leads — no cold calling. 

What you’ll do 

• Engage with parents to understand their child’s learning needs 

• Deliver confident, consultative sales conversations 

• Hit and exceed sales targets with energy and determination 

• Stay positive and resilient 

• Take feedback well and continuously look to improve 

What we’re after 

• 1–2 years’ experience in B2C call centre sales (account management or B2B won’t translate) 

• Competitive, driven mindset — sports or performance backgrounds thrive here 

• Strong numerical and communication skills 

• Mature, coachable, and motivated to grow 

• Education sales experience is a bonus but not required.

• Base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions — first-year OTE around $100K–$110K, with top performers earning up to $140K and targets that are realistic and achievable.
