About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to work in an established Insurance practice. You will be an integral member of the team providing administrational and ad-hoc assistance.

Scheduling appointments, to include diary management and travel arrangementsClient liaisonPreparing legal documentsOpening and closing filesBilling (Software Elite 3E)Filing (electronic and hard copy)Transcribing digital dictation

About you:

3 years' experience in a similar roleMust have experience in Insurance LitigationExcellent customer service ethic with a focus on providing a high level of serviceAbility to work autonomously and within a teamPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytic and problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong administration and organisation skillsSound knowledge and experience of Microsoft productsConfidentiality, sensitivity and integrity across all aspects of the roleAbility to work to deadlines
