Team Leaders - Home Support

At Busy Life Hub, our mission is to support families by simplifying their home management, so, they have more time to focus on what matters most – precious family time!

We are on the lookout for Team Leaders to help launch and develop the growth of our NSW teams ideally we are looking for two-three Team Leaders who could each cover the Eastern suburbs, Northern Beaches and Inner West Sydney.

We are looking for natural leaders with strong work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to help our team, clients and uphold our strong brand.

We are proud to provide customised service plans to our clients, to ensure each individual households requirements are met - this means our wonderful employees never have two days that are the same! Services we offer our clients are:

• Cleaning (we use eco-friendly al.ive products, that smell amazing!)
• Household support – Linen change overs, Laundry, Organising and Tiding
• Meal Prep and Cooking
• Life Admin and Errands
• Nanning and Pet Sitting

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the on the ground operations in your assigned area, as well as servicing our client homes. Your role will include but not be limited too:

Team Management:

• Leading and growing our NSW teams
• Recruitment, Onboarding and Training of new employees
• Coordinating team rosters, schedules and manages changes
• Organising team social events and culture activities
• Support and guide the team on the ground at clients homes

Client Management:

• Client Management, onboarding and scheduling
• Managing new client enquires and undertake regular check ins
• Handling client feedback
• Coordinate client billing including charges, invoices and adjustments

Other:

• Marketing - Assisting with local marketing (social media, social events, promoting BLH)
• Administration duties when required
• Other duties as requested by management

To be successful in this position you must have the following:

• Experience as a people leader and loves leading a team!
• Passion and care to build genuine relationships and provide quality services
• Excellent English and Communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Be well presented with great initiative, a can-do attitude and a problem solver
• Exceptional eye for detail, thoroughness and the willingness to learn
• Exceptional time management skills and efficient work habits
• Own vehicle with current drivers’ license (must have)
• Willingness to obtain employee Blue Card and National Police Check.
